I have filed now 2 tickes, first one 4 days ago, second one yesterday. Still no response from Kabam support.

Actually, over the weekend, they aren't on... but the support system is garbage nonetheless.

Not necessarily the state of the game, also because people are doing stupid things they want reversed

There's only a couple dozen or more people that are in that support division. Let's say there's 1 million people playing and 1% of them file tickets. That's 10k tickets. You've filed 2 already because you're impatient. Let's say have of those 10k people file an extra ticket because they're as impatient as you, that's an extra 5k tickets they have to sort through.

Even if they had 200 people working in that office, it still takes time to sort, investigate and respond to a ticket.

Just so you know, the person you quoted is not the one who sent 2 tickets. It was the OP who sent 2 tickets.

Don’t forget it’s Christmas and New Year, they’re probably running a skeleton staff like virtually every business in the Western Hemisphere and half of the eastern hemisphere too.
