Rip apart my roster and tell me what to fix

My roster is currently a r4 5* sunspot and Nick fury, maxed out 4* venom w/ max sig, r3 5* human torch, and r1 6* white mag...Is is a good roster for level 40? what should I fix?

Doesn’t seem broken to me. Focus on your 5 star champs.
