When does Gifting Rank rewards usually drop?

Not rushing or demanding or anything, just curious on when they usually get handed out. Hoping to land in the top 10% for the tier 5cc selector.

They sent an in game message on 12/21 that said they'd be out on Jan. 6th

As you can see, there is no banner and sending a message directly before Christmas is not exactly a great time for important information. I know everyone does celebrate Christmas and travel, but I did.
