Mr negative

Anyone could tell me if mr negative is good without being unawakened ?

Im planning on taking him to r4 and dont wanna waste resources if he needs to be awakened

i wouldn't say he "needs" it but he sure does improve with it. his ability to regen from any source of degen is super awesome. and he gets some damage boosts as well. again, he doesn't need it to be great but like i said .. it's such a great thing to have him woke.
