5* Star Lord or 5* SE Spidey

So I have just been put in a tough spot. Have been saving shards for Tech Spidey re-run and have 5 attempts ready and waiting. Also I have a 5* tech awakening Gem. And I also have the resources to take straight to 4/55. However, I just had 5* SL fall into my possession and now am stuck trying to decide whether I should awaken SL and take him to r4 or wait and awaken and r4 SE Spidey if I manage to get him.. I already have 2x 4/55 so this will b my last one for the immediate future and I’m not sure whether I’m better to rank SL or Spidey... I NEED HELP...
