Can we get 4 star rhino from crystals now?

Just noticed with new crystals that it says rhino is available but usually it says 4 star rhino not included but this one doesn't? So does this mean we can get home from these crystals?

    Its been like that since last month or so as well. It was reported, but I guess its intended at this point ...

    At least some people might not need to go through the LOL or some other way to dupe their versions of those specific champs

    I used a Gem on my RoL Champs.

    That's even better. 4* Gems are easy to come by these days.
