Can we get 4 star rhino from crystals now?

Just noticed with new crystals that it says rhino is available but usually it says 4 star rhino not included but this one doesn't? So does this mean we can get home from these crystals?

Its been like that since last month or so as well. It was reported, but I guess its intended at this point ...
