Solo event quest rewards bug

Help me please.
When I updated game, I got new solo events (kill mutants, x-man use), all they was done. So I could claim all rewards. But then kabam removed that quest, and today I can see in my backpack- I still can claim them all! So I can claim all rewards twice. I wanna know, can I take them? I create a ticket to support, they say “you can claim all you’re backpack rewards without any issue”. I’m not sure support understand me right. Some people saying- don’t claim because of ban.
