Issues on anthropomorphic crystal fragments

I use IOS and I have 16.500 fragments of this new crystal and I the fragments don’t show on the crystal page (they are nowhere)… I’ve already reboot and reinstall, update is ok.. cannot log on suport either

    I’m not able to access the anthropomorphic crystals, the icon is black when I collect my rewards. I have collected 11,000 or so, yet there is no where to redeem them on the crystal page.

    And I too have uninstalled & then re-installed NO ANTHROPOMORPHIC CRYSTALS.

    Same. Moved into iPhone then I lost the fragments in the crystals screen but In the solo events it says I got 28k when I click the icon (which is also blank)
