Question regarding expiration of mail items

I have some conflicting expiration data and trying to figure out what is right.

Today I received my solo rank awards for gifting. Among other things was a Tier 5 CC selector. Ideally I’d like to have that sit in my email/stash until next Tuesday/Wednesday when I spin out a bunch of crystals I’ve been holding for the new Featured + Herc and Peni making the 6* basic pool. I should also have Cav EQ done by then and which three 10% T5CC options I have from the nexus will also influence what I take from the gifting awards.

I see my gifting awards sitting in my stash expiring in just over 6 days. However, I also see an expiration note on the email saying it will expire in 15 hours.

If the expiration is the one showing in my stash, all good. I believe the email expiration timing is just when it leaves email, but it remains in my stash. However, if I’m wrong on this I obviously want to grab them before the 15 hours is up.

Those of you with more experience & time in game - which expiration is the one I need to pay attention to?

Mail expiration doesn’t mean u loose the rewards. Watch the stash time

Thank you. Turns it I don’t need to hold it after all - I had a bit less tech T5CC than I thought - was 17% away vs. 7, so going to just grab it now. But good to know for the future.
