King Groot Loses His Buff Cycle

This is the 2nd week in a row in AQ map8 that my king groot has lost his buff cycle in the middle of a match. This was a bug that was supposedly fixed 2 versions ago. Today was on node 78 against warlock about 50 hits in his fury expired and regen never showed up. Last week the same thing happened against stark spidey on node 120 (also map8).

i think warlock's infection prevented that and maybe u took a sp3 from starky and his ensnare prevented it.i am 100% sure his buff cycle can be lost due to AAR because during my loki carina run pacify prevented his regen and he never got his buffs again

Right, they still have a lot more work to do in order to correct this issue. Iirc the patch notes for a fix listed one specific example that had been fixed. However, hopefully the team understands (and cares) that there are numerous interactions that can break his Malace cycle and the that root issue still needs to be corrected.

We understand that AAR can make it fail. That's not the issue. The issue is that is doesn't attempt to correct itself after the intial failure. And it should. And Kabam agrees, and listed a fix in recent patch notes. The issue is that this fix was not comprehensive enough.
