Serious Lag

The game has been bad for a while. But in the past two months. It’s unplayable. At times, The screen lags for seconds when the defender throws their special. It always pauses a little bit. Which is enough to get you wrecked. But most of the time doesn’t. You are just forced to block the whole special. I would chalk it up to my “old” iPhone XR but no other game I play has ANY trouble with lag or frame rates.

Is this going to get fixed?

I have to confess that I hoped a byproduct of having to upgrade my device would be a smoother MCoC experience.

I was wrong, if this week is any indication. Frames drop and stutter even on a state of the art phone with full battery and WiFi that streams video flawlessly.

I’ve really liked this game for a long time. But the kind of experience I’ve been having is very disappointing.

It's a major issue when using arena boost for the arena grind. I'm staring at the screening while the champs are lit green while frozen. after the lagging and freezing are done, the arena boost is gone. I guess I was watching and restarting the phone for 15 minutes:s Thank Kabam!!

I agree, it does make it quite unplayable. Waste resources to compensate for their game issues is unacceptable. I can’t understand why their game team hasn’t figured out the issue? Oh but you’re expected to spend money on their game though? Compensation for the game is also unacceptable. Same rewards that expire and you can’t use since there’s no AW. If Kabam can’t figure this out I think their game team and senior management could use some training.

Members of my alliance are boycotting spending anymore money on this game and I suggest everyone do the same. If they can’t fix these issue then they shouldn’t be making money on it!

I have change my not-so-old smartphone to a recent XIAOMI 10S and I figured out that the game experience is worse.

Now, as described above, I have also a lag/freeze of 0,5 s during battles (but the sound is continuing during the freeze).

Is there a specific problem with XIAOMI phones ? (other games with many video animations are running fine)

I guess I'm on an older device, not sure. I'm on a Samsung S6 Lite...it's not fun, nothing works.
