Which 5* champs you'd continue to rank up even you've already got the 6* version?

Doom is one of the obvious option in my mind. Other than that, what's your choices / thoughts?

Focus on 6* only.

for me personally i stopped ranking up 5*. theres only been a few 5* champs i have ranked R4 or R5 since focusing on 6* and here are the reasons:

KK to R5 for carina V1 challenge (dont have her as a 6*)
Herc to R5 even though I have him 6*R4 (nice to have two for aq/aw purposes still)
Wolverine to R5 (not available as 6*)
OG SW to R5 (not available as a 6*)
Weapon X to R5 (dont have 6*)
Shang-Chi to R5 (dont have 6*, ranked for carina V2 challenge)
Nimrod to R5 (didnt get the 6* version until recently)

So really, it comes down to:
Trophy Champs
Specific counters needed (including challenges)
Champs not available or don't have as 6* that fill gaps in roster
