When is Lunar New Year quest starting?

As mentioned in the title. Its been 9 days with no announcements except the Summoner's Choice vote. When can we expect this? Mid Jan?

This year Luner New Year happens on February 1st. So expect the event to come by the end of the month.

Lunar New Year is gonna be February 1, so probably by the end of the month will have the event and maybe on 3rd week of january will be announced.
