When would the solo compensation of parry and Dexterity would arrive

Hello, actually I was just curious that when would the solo player compensation arrive. Maybe from last 2 months we haven't got a single one yet, can you please inform that is it even going to arrive? It would be a great help for some players because we dont generally use alliance items now a days, because they are really in overflow, please consider this as a request. Thanks

Then why can't we get a patiance pakage as of we got in August month as a reward as we all kept patience till the issue got solved in solo content..
