Why I lose one of Odin’s Pf against Odin?

I have been running Hercules with Odin prefight on path 8 in map 8 basically since it dropped.
There is one fight where I don’t get the stormbreaker buff and I just cannot understand why.
This is in section 3 against Odin himself, the next fight I get it back. I cannot find any ability that would explain this in Odin’s kit and the other 2 fights (Vpool, Silver Surfer) have the same exact nodes.
What am I missing?
