Horseman of Apocalypse bugged again on the abyss

Hi everyone,
Two days ago, during my run on the abyss, i activated the Horseman ability on my stryfe and the next fight I completely lost it.
I’m writing this trend because the answer gave from the support it’s completely underwhelming (#211780) and I absolutely threw 30 revives on my stash because of this problem.
I hope someone can clarify the situation @Kabam Miike
