Hercules whiffing special intercepts

His infuriate is less reliable and now he's whiffing specials. Happened against Apoc and someone else the other day and just now against Emma. Is this going to get fixed or are we not supposed to rely on a champion's key feature anymore?

    No, he's just whiffing, there's no miss mechanic or AA reduction.
    This has happened a handful of times since the update. It’s rare, but I’ve noticed. I think the first time it happened against Hawkeye
