Uncollected problem

I became uncollected on my 3rd account on the 29th December 2012. I got my title but i didn't get the grandmasters favour token in the in game mail they send so none of my crystals have updated and uncollected arena crystal hasn't been unlocked along with uncollected eq. Nor have i got the uncollected calendar. I've tried support stating this problem but the just sent me an email saying i didn't become uncollected before January so thats why it hasn't changed and not a thing about the actual problem. I did reply this a screen shot of the in game mail which has the date i became uncollected which says 29/12/2021. And ive heard nothing since its been 4 days now and I'm getting really frustrated with this now as I'm missing out on much needed resources that comes with being uncollected and all the 5/6* shards from uncollected eq. Can any mod please help me with kabam support as this is very poor customer service.
