Alliance War Potions during off-season?
Kristin from Kabam Support suggested that I post here. I told her all of our submissions and legitimate criticism of the game gets deleted by Kabam Miike but here we go:

There seems to be some confusion between the in-game compensation for the iOS gameplay issues and the actual contest itself.
I have five compensations to claim in my inbox for Alliance War boosts and potions. The problem is, since the War season had to be postponed due to OTHER game breaking issues, these items are worthless to the playerbase. In fact, I'd argue that receiving war items when you cancelled the war season is tone-deaf and is causing more players to leave.
On the other hand - the input bugs have caused way too many incidents while clearing content, and I'd like actual useable revives and potions for regular game content. I think before you send another compensation package, you should take notes and feedback from the playerbase and compensate us with actual useable items to keep me playing the game. In the meantime a lot of us will be signing off Kabam games until you guys figure out your ****.
Give us any indication that you actually give a ****, and want us to keep your lights running!
