Aehon not gaining persistent charges in SQ

Recently did first run of cav sq 2 and noticed that my max sig Ægon wasn’t gaining any persistent charges. Unsure if this is only in sq or is a bug in every mode.

It is a bug with strikers. Aegon, glaive, even the likes of WM can't gain a perstant charge if last hit was dealt via striker.
