Ahh! My post got deleted (again super AHH). Luckily I saved a pretty rough version so I’ll post that here. Again, no connection to the kit Quick Silver will get
if he wins. This is my first time making something like this so please LMK if I should change something.
Quick Silver Character Idea

Quick Silver’s Mechanics: Quick Silver is about using his Lightning fast speed to out maneuver the opponent and deal devastating damage to them with his faster then the speed of sound punches.
Class: Undecided (Mutant/Science)
Basic Abilities: Slow, Fragility, Stun, Speed-zone
Intercepting the opponent with basic attacks: Show off your speed skills! Gain 3 speed charges.
Using a Combo ending light or medium: gain 1 speed charge. Gain an additional charge if the combo ender is different then the last combo ender used (agh)
While Charging a Heavy: While charging a heavy attack QuickSilver can swipe back (dex) to cancel his heavy and Activate the Speed-zone. Speed-zone can only be activated if QuickSilver has at least 10 speed charges. If Speed-zone was activated and the dodge was well timed, inflict a passive stun on the opponent. This stun expires after 5 seconds or when striking the opponent. If this was a perfect dodge, also pause the speed charges for 3 seconds and gain +3000 crit rate for the duration of Speed-zone
Speed-zone: You feel time slow down around you. With the wind in your hair you are able to fight even the toughest of foes. While in the speed zone you move faster then your opponent. (Think of Mordo’s sp2 or Hawkeye) The opponent is inflicted with a passive slow. This cannot be affected by ability accuracy and doesn’t not affect class advantage. All debuffs are paused for the duration of Speed-zone. Speed zone ends when you throw a special, or if the opponent strikes Quick Silver, or dodges a hit.
Speed Charges: Max stacks 15. When in the Speed-zone, each charge has a 0.5 second duration and deplete one at a time. When no charges remain, The Speed-zone ends. You cannot gain speed charges while in the speed zone. If Speed-zone ends prematurely, Charges no longer deplete until Speed-zone is active again.
Special 1: Quick Silver throws a quick punch at the opponent then, a blur of light flashes as he runs off screen and comes back with a slice of pizza. He takes a bite drops the pizza on the ground then dashes back at the opponent to knock them of their feet. When taking a bit on the pizza taunts the opponent, making them more liking to throw specials.
Special 2: After his first punch Quick Silver slows down time and lands a flurry (8) of hits. Each hit in the flurry has a 75% chance of inflicting a fragility debuff increasing crit damage by 800 and lowering block proficiency by 15%
Special 3: Quick Silver slows down his surroundings to a complete stop. He runs over to his basement with the and starts playing street fighter on his arcade machine. After a couple couple seconds he realizes and runs back into the fight where he throws a flurry of punches at the opponent. Set speed charges to 15 and Start the Speed-zone.
Signature Ability: Gain an additional speed charge any time they are gained from another source. Speed-zone also grants Quick Silver a passive fury giving 500-2500 attack for the duration of Speed-zone.

Quick Silver: When in the Speed-zone each hit has a 25% chance to armor break the opponent removing one armor buff and reducing armor by 150 for 5 seconds.
Magneto: 10% Prowess potency
Inseparable: with Scarlet Witch (Classic) and Scarlet Witch
Scarlet Witch (Classic) and Scarlet Witch: Intercepting the opponent inflicts a fragility debuff increasing crit damage by 650 for 8 seconds. (Max stacks 2)
Friends: with Hawkeye and Captain America
Gain 130 armor rating.
