Are the recommended team ratings for Savage Land for real?

Are the recommended team ratings for Journey To The Savage Land for real?

Recommended team rating for Epic is 14,000 and i can barely get through it with 35,000 without revives or healing.

Story Quest 4.2.1 also has roughly a 14,000 recommended team rating and that one is 10 times easier than this event.

    There was a bugged sidequest this summer if I recall correctly (the one with Hercules as boss). I think the Recommended rating was way lower than the actual PI on a certain level (Heroic or Master I think). It took a while but been acknowledged as a bug eventually.
    On my 2nd account, I've noticed that a team of 4 r1 6* champs (Angela, Nebula, G99) + 5/65 Apoc and 4/55 Hype, can't autoplay Master (8000 team rating). Individual champs on the paths have PI of roughly 9k. That's weird. This team as a rating of 42 000 and should steam roll this difficulty.
    For comparison, Epic champs have PI of 11k, and recommended Team Rating of 14k.

    Top rewards were 2500 tier 5 basic catalyst that's my only complain.

    The suggested rating should just be ignored. Remember the Shang-chi quest in September? Chapter 2 was rated 26000 or something
