Game making noise randomly with sound off

Tonight my phone started randomly making a strange short noise that I can't identify even though my volume settings for music and sound effects in-game are off. As soon as I open the game it can start and continues randomly as long as it is open. As soon as I close the game the sound doesn't occur anymore but if I open the game again it starts happening again. It can start as soon as the game's loading screens appear, it doesn't have to be only once I get to the main screen.

I have never had something like this happen and have no idea how to potentially stop it. I haven't downloaded anything new on my phone from earlier today when it wasn't happening to now when it has started. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have a Moto G Power 2020 running Android 11.
