Timeline to punish obvious gifting abusers?

People who claim that we don't understand how gifting works at the top, and that this is normal, are completely delusional. Look at the people in Relax - this is how gifting works at the top. If you want to tell me that an alliance that places around 5th in AQ somehow has ALL OF THEIR PLAYERS sending from their own alts, instead of trading with each other to build up their alliance gifting score, you are the one who doesn't understand anything.

YES - there are cases where someone is in a smaller ally and they want to go hard, so they might make an alt and gift themselves. But when an entire alliance is gaining R4s at a rapid rate and none of them have a high gifting score (The entire alliance scored less than 1/2 of our top gifter), this is because they have found sellers for cheap GGCs.

But to have multiple r4s in profile is just too many ggcs to trade between members even for alliance like relax isn't it? Those people either bought units on alt and gift to main or did what workinprogress said
