How to get 4 star shards after completing act 4

I've been trying to awaken my 4 star Cap IW or my 4 star Warlock, but I only get one 4 star crystal a week, and my luck is ****. I just completed act 4, and I'm trying to get most of my 4 star shards from alliance events. I just completed act 4 like a week ago and I don't have the sigil, is there anything else I can do as of now or should I push to get uncollected or buy the sigil?
