missing on free anniversary calender

this is directed to you in regards of recent anniversary calendar free 10% tier 5 CC which i could not receive still being a cavalier player besides login the game every single day while it showed me that i should have.

and recent gifting event i could not cash in my free ticket which is still in my envetory.
would you please look into it .
it will be massive help.
