Since people have now been pulling Ikarus from the featured. Is he still bugged or fixed? What's the word on this guy.

Yup Netbreaker was here to stink up the place then gone like a fart in the wind....

They haven't fixed Ikaris yet....because.... who knows why, should have been done right away. But add him to the long list of other bugged champs waiting on fixes for months to a year...

He’s been fixed. Doesn’t do the crazy incinerates burst after sp1 anymore
