Sam wilson abilities idea
This is a tech champ not skill
Falcon tech:
Falcons suit grants him a permanent armor up granting 600 armor
While the armor is active, recon has a 100% chance to alert falcon of an incoming attack (50% against cosmics) causing him to evade, this ability has a 60 second cooldown.
If this armor is removed for any reason it is retriggered after 8 seconds
Ending a combo with a light attack:
Inflict a power leech debuff lasting 20 seconds, stealing 2% of the opponents current power per second
Dev Note: I don't think this will be that op, even if you stack 2-3 of these, they will start to drop off once you throw specials (since special spam will waste it's duration). This ability will also let you avoid the opponents sp3’s given that they do not have a source of natural power gain
Recon Scan:
To Begin a Recon Scan, dash back and hold Block. If Block is held for 2.5 seconds the opponent gains a Lock On charge for 14 seconds.
After dashing back and holding block, gain 100% perfect block chance for 2.5 seconds
This chance is reduces to 50% against cosmic champs
Recon Scan can be refreshed before it expires, unlike the OG falcon’s recon scan
Dev Note: use this mechanic to safely block tricky specials and mitigate block damage
Lock On gains +40% duration while fighting Science Champions AND Mutants.
Once Lock On ends, it goes on Cooldown for 8 seconds.
Sp1:
Each hit (5 hits) deals 3k burst damage
Each hit (5 hits) also inflicts a physical and energy vulnerability debuff both lasting 15 seconds, and they reduce resistances by 150 each.
Dev Note: 10 debuffs will boost his overall damage while also providing some heal control to those who run the despair mastery
Sp2:
First 4 hits inflict 8k burst damage each
The final 2 hits inflict an shock dealing 20k damage over 30 seconds (Max stack 3)
Sp3:
Gain a passive fury increasing attack by 2000 for 30 seconds
Signature ability: America’s shield
Whenever an unstoppable buff fails to proc, gain a passive fury increasing attack by 50% for 10 seconds.
Triggering lock on refreshes shock debuffs on the opponent
I may not have scaled the numbers perfectly but those are some abilities I thought would be cool together.
