Hello all where do I go to get the pieces for the heart of shards crystal? I have checked the rewards and can’t seem to find them. It also says go to the store????

The pieces are found in special events in-game. There are none available now, but if you want to view the pieces you currently have, you can go to your inventory. The store is where you redeem the pieces for the heart of the shards crystal.
