Device Operating System: Android v OS 12 & One UI 4.0
Mobile Carrier: Verizon, using cellular data
Cellular or WiFi: Does this issue happen when you are using cellular data, WiFi or both? Both.
Game Version Installed: Most recent v.33.2.3
Game Mode: In which game mode did the error occur? All modes of play, crystals, etc.
The last action was to update the Android system this morning, System Update 34. I check all the in-game settings and regular system settings. I get sound on all my other apps, but there is no sound in MCOC. Not sure why or if it was caused by the update. It was fine last night and I performed the update this morning.
