GWENPOOL sig ability bug

My gwenpool just died from a special 3.. is this a bug? Or? I cant remember though .it is from the latest variant.. can anyone enlighten?

    Could be AAR or any secondary damage done by some sp3s. Depends on who you were fighting and what nodes were active
