6 star rank 3 t5 basic glitch

I am currently trying to rank up my six star to a rank 3 and it says I need 4 basic t5 catalysts, yet it also says the max amount I can have is 3. Is this a bug? I also have more stashed that I can’t use.

You gotta level up to 60 to increase the amount of catalysts you can hold.
