Bishop is good unawakened but really tough awakened if you let him KO you with a special.

Apoc dosen't need awakening? I used to believe that he needs awakening for persistent charges on him so that he can't be parried

Apocs awakening is zero use on defense.. He regens a small amount each time others on his team wins a fight

Nightcrawler is one of the only champs with a sig that hurts as a defender.

Mordo can be sucky, so can Hyperion.

I find Thing troublesome, somehow I end up backed against the wall every damn time.

A 5r3 unduped killmonger, not placed on a boss tile got 14 kills on defense for us last season.

It really depends on the meme tier of AW you are in.

Mephisto definitely needs awakening for def, otherwise his aura won't activate when attacked.
