Act 4 bug?

Hi a friend in my alliance has sent me a couple of photos he is trying to 100% act 4 and on 4.4.3 it’s saying he is 98% complete and it’s showing he has completed a path other than 1 fight in that path left high has been completed either side! It’s also showing act 1,2 and 3 as 0% complete?
I have attached the photos he sent me.

    Ah fair enough don’t remember seeing that. Said to him about completing again, but he hasn’t been getting any rewards from goi g through act 1 again? Strange.
