So what are your thoughts on the update to balancing?

I cannot say i agree or disagree but it is a slippery slope. People will be hesitant to invest in cavs for new champs because they are scared the champion would be rebalanced in 6 months after release. On the positive side I hope it gives the underperforming champs the tune ups it needs. Feel free to share your thoughts and feelings.
