Delayed EQ for February

Why is the February EQ starting on the 2nd Wednesday instead of the first as usual?

That would've happened naturally if all EQ's started and ended on the first wednesday of each month. So why was January 5 weeks?

Not delayed. Always planned for this date.

From memory I can never remember one starting on anytime other than the first Wednesday of the month.

A lot of companies use a fiscal 454 calendar, starting with February, the months go 4 weeks, 5 weeks, 4 weeks, repeat 4 tines thru the year
