Nebula vs EMP Mod

Does anyone know if Nebula is still bugged and takes shock damage from emp mod?

All I know is she shouldn’t. Wether that’s fixed who knows

Can someone report back on this? I ranked her just for this and things like nano plague/cutting wires

It's only against apoc that she's bugged right?

I tested her out and she no longer takes emp mod shock damage in war
