Corvus Glaive persistent charges

This months SQ, Corvus isn’t getting his persistent charge after KO’ing Cap America?

Am I missing something?

    There's a bug that if you KO the defender with the striker then you don't get the charge. Not sure why it's a bug since it's not CG getting the KO but that's what's been reported.

    It's not only when you use striker to ko. I have used striker midfight, and not gotten the charge I should have.
