Why is this months event quest longer than normal?

There are some months with 35 days event.

Weird, cause I don’t remember ever having a 35 day month back to back

If there were 13 months in a year then every monthly event would be 4 weeks long. Since each year is 12 months we need to unfortunately resort to math. Booo-urns.
