Rank a 5 or 6?

Still don’t have an r3 skill champ. Should I rank up a 5* now or wait for the AQ cycle to finish to rank a 6*?

My explanation is quite simple... If you have patience, 6*. If you don't 5*. Sure, you can consider the Awakening and Sigs part too if you want.
