Arena Compensation?

I heard of some arena compensation but haven't received anything. Is this for specific players or it's still on its way?

Or maybe something else but I don't know. Anyone knows anything about it?

    If you were displaced from receiving 5-Star or above champs due to Summoners' who broke ToS, you may receive the champ.

    it's not compensation but rank rewards adjustment after eliminating bots. It's mostly for hardcore grinders who missed the milestones because of bots by some small margin. If you never grinded for those top 100 or 500 you won't probably see any adjustment
