Incursion champs permanently locked
First, I saw another thread on this earlier this week... which I can't find now... but I know I am not the only one.
When doing incursions last night, my usual team said it was still on cooldown. Only problem is it had been over a week since last time I did incursions, and there wasn't a timer (like if it said 2 hours left or something, I could maybe believe I had the dates wrong in my head, but no timer is indication 1 something is messed up).
I ended up doing an incursion run with a different team... no big deal, I have a decent roster... but now the characters I used for that, when I look at them also do not have a cooldown timer.
Oddity number 2 about this... the champs I used last night also show up as on cooldown on champion viewing screen... which is right (again no cooldown timer, but I can't recall if seeing it here is normal or not)... but even the champs I used last time a week ago that I think should be available... they aren't listed as cooldown, meaning I am right, and the incursion team selector is what is messed up.
This by itself, I wouldn't make such a lengthy bit about, but when I put in a bug ticket, including screenshots of this... Kabam support, which normally is a bit slow, but very good about dealing with issues... this time was extremely fast, and only gave me a summary of the incursion timers, how long they are, and say everything is normal... not actually having looked at what the issue was. Mysteriously when giving feedback back in the ticket, as well as in the feedback of how the ticket was handled... well mysteriously that prompt response disappeared... no answer.
I was wondering just as much... how many other people are having this incursion issue... and if so, bubble this up to the kabam mods, to actually have someone look at the issue. It isn't hard to replicate... just throw some random small champs in an incursion for a few minutes and quit out (do it with a friend / alt account... don't piss off a newbie who randomly got stuck with you)... and you should be able to see the same lack of timer... and who knows when they would eventually release.
