I have three 5* stars and need 4star help (pics included)

Playing harder content as well as progressing which of these would be most helpful to bring up to to higher rank. My main team is coming along and would love some help

(in no particular order) Voodoo, Morningstar, Quake, Archangel, Gwenpool, Scarlet Witch, and Vision all to at least R4. Might even include Hood with that.

Everyone else to R3 (except Fixit, Spiderqwen, and Iron Patriot) for arenas.
