What makes mcoc so great? & What makes mcoc so worse? My personal review

This is a personal review of the game from a mid level player(cav) who is playing for 2 years and as the leader of 2( i will say well established and quite successful) alliances.
So lets get started
What are the best thing about this game?
1. The complexity of the game. Yes, that's the most exciting part of mcoc. From countless nodes to champion abilities this game will not only test ur skill but ur understanding of the concept too. And for me this is quite unique. U won't survive in here with just brute skill without understanding concepts and how nodes and champs work, what are the counters
2. The animations and visuals are really impressive. The gameplay and controls are not at all complicated
3. Exciting events like boss rush, gifting event etc brings the excitement back in boring months
4. Its worth to mention that being there for 7 years is not easy for a mobile game.
What makes mcoc worse compared to others?
1. The sheer stress: if u are having a stressful job then this game will only increase the stress. My observation as a leader is that its not that new contents aren't available that's why people are losing interest in here(yes that's a factor too and primarily the most imp factor among forum members but not overall) its because of the stress they are loosing interest.
I have seem so many becoming retired or semi retired in past few months. Infact my 2nd alliance is kind of semi retired. Aq and aw being the primary cause of stress. This topic might have been brought up by some you tubers i guess.
Its literally impractical to move on aq so frequently and that too continues for 5 days a week and only 2 days gap. And aq comes 2nd in terms of stress,
I won't mention how much stressful aw is cause that will make this post enormously large.
2. Recent lack of exciting and fun event and contents : i guess it doesn't require much explanation
3. Grind: yes there must be a content where grinding is needed and those who has time should go for it, in here its ARENA. I personally never grinded arena most of my time spent here is by managing 2 alliances.
But this grinding shouldn't be introduced in any other contents other than arena. Some side quest do requires grinding and that's reall bad.
4. Communication from kabam: This is indeed one of the essential thing to be considered. Like when there is no February buff they could have mentioned earlier in the thread about that. That would have made people less disappointed. the discussions on that thread created enormous excitement for all of us and at last we came to know there is no feb buffs. 2nd example is that of overpowered AI thread. No communication yet from kabam.
5. And yeah tons and tons of bugs that makes it unplayable.
I enjoy this game still now ( use to enjoy more 1 year back though) and will be in here until 2 of my alliances run well(which did for 2 years).

Kabam needs to manage its resources for champ design, and if they say this is what they need to do, then it is what it is. Life goes on.
