Because it's ridiculous that he doesn't have immunity. Same reason Ghost rider was updated to have immunity to fire consider he was engulfed in fire....

Mephisto is next. He needs incinerate immunity as well.

I would make him immune to cold snap and frostbite and would exchange his immunity to incineration with a resistance to incineration (active or passive) which would get better with its signature, finally making him fully immune to fire/incineration.

This makes more sense. I'd give him a big resistance to incinerate (maybe 90%) seeing as he can reach up to absolute zero temperature.

I've noticed whenever mine would get burned, he'd generate power instead and thanks to willpower, he'd heal, nothing extreme but on par with a level 1 potion mid fight.

The only exception is obv Nova Flames but there's no easy decision there as people would cry Nerf on Torch.

He already takes no damage from it (meaning a free heal with WP) and gains power while incinerared for each incinerate effect.

you have noticed that incineration give him power... it is written in its description. Mephisto is not immune to incineration but takes no damage from incineration and instead they fuel its power.

So make him coldsnap immune to fight about... 3 or 4 champs that have a coldsnap?...
