Can we please get an update on the massive game issues going on right now?

Speaking about extreme lag what’s the associated with android devices.

As a community we’ve gotten pretty good and having to deal with in game issues we know it’s complex to fix and obviously takes time but giving an update to the community should not be difficult to do.

I’m not on Android, so I can only guess what it’s like from the anecdotes I’m hearing.

I’ve gotten used to unreliable gameplay and mechanics on iOS for a while now. If it’s anything like that in the final week+ of AW it’s really unfortunate.

I don’t run a phone game. I know it must be hard. But a little bit more of a professional approach would be appreciated, especially after the end of 2021.

Yes Kabam , information and communication is much needed at this time . Do you people not understand how bad the game is broken right now ? I keep hearing people talking about dex/ parry , but it is far more than that , the game is running in slow motion , loading champs into arena is a complete struggle , this is a major frame rate issue .... Roll Back ... not sure why this concept eludes Kabam ... Roll Back ... Roll Back !!!!

Can't do regular EQ also coz of this issue ..leave aside AW and useless kills it took.Wouldnt have updated if we knew about it before ...atleast a response is what we are looking for Sir @Kabam Miike

Neither Miike or Boo are in right now to relay any communication from the dev team, if there is even any news. Boo was on communicating last night trying to gather more info from people to take back to the team. It's outside their normal operating hours so we're not likely to hear anything for a while longer. The mods aren't robots.

We've been investigating the issues and are waiting on new from our team. We don't have any more news right now, but will be discussing the situation after we know what we're looking at. We will update the Thread in the Bugs and Known issues section of the forums when we have more to share.
