New EQ bug with Longshot

So when I SP2 it did this for like 15 seconds, I thought it was just waiting for the incinerated to finish but it took way longer and you can see that the debuffs get stuck

Couldnt post the mp4 so here's a screen shot. Only went indestructible after all the debuffs became unfroze

That actually happened to me in the Cav EQ as well. I got hit with an incinerate that started decimating my health on iBom and then it paused and damage stopped. This was fighting against longshot
