How useful is Toad?

I don't have Prof X for his cheese nor do I run suicides. Is he useful for Act 7 exploration? I have already explored V6 and I don't plan to touch Act 6.

    He's not incredibly useful but very fun and not bad by any means. I mean hes not useful by saying his utility is lacking

    Unless you are using him in enhanced poison or acid wash nodes cant see him anywhere else. He is decent thats for sure.
