Hercules not going immortal

Hercules today (after Android Patch) hasn't triggered immortality.
This happened to me twice in War today and also in Cav Eq.

Anybody else faced this?

My Herc is sig 200.

AAR or nullify?

War was definitely because they were running assassin mastery. Eq probably some disorient node or node with AAR

He can also lose immortality if the opponent uses sp3

Mojo can nullify on Sp1.

There's no way you took herc against mojo.

Edit:- Saw Tier 8 just now , bosses are possible
