AW Indestructible boost bug

I was in AW and used the Indestructible boost and while it was active I was taking damage. Anyone else have this happen to them? I'm using an iPhone 12 Pro Max. I was also seeing the input issues that they supposedly fixed on Android.

Who were you fighting? Don't know if it matters but maybe Ability Accuracy reduction can bypass it. Have no idea if that's possible

I was fighting against a 4* OG Black Panther. I was using a 5* Doctor Doom and it should have been a super easy fight.
